A former television news and sports presenter, Launceston local Rick works around the country hosting major awards, business and sporting events, including AFL Finals, major tennis tournaments, corporate and charity functions.
A self-confessed sports nut, the life-long Hawks fan lists ground announcing at the MCG and working on-court with tennis great Rafael Nadal as current career highlights.

Rick began his broadcasting career in 2009 when, as a volunteer, he hosted a local sport show on ABC Radio in Launceston. After auditioning and landing a role at Southern Cross Television (now 7 Tasmania News) in 2012, Rick became a regular on TV screens as a News & Sports presenter in Tasmania.
